1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By registering, logging in, or using any part of the 8mbet platform – whether via the website or mobile app – you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 8mbet platform.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the 8mbet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Not enrolled in any active self-exclusion or gambling prohibition programme.
• Residing in Malaysia or accessing the platform from a location where online betting is not specifically prohibited.

8mbet reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

3Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 8mbet platform at any one time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual – whether using a different name, phone number, email address, or device – is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is true, accurate, and current. Information that may be requested includes:

• Full name as per identification document (MyKad/Passport)
• An active Malaysian mobile number
• A valid and active email address
• Date of birth

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action, unless you have immediately reported unauthorised access to the 8mbet support team.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

8mbet accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods. All deposits must be made using an account or eWallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5Withdrawal

8mbet members may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (same method).
• All bonuses received must meet the rollover requirement before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required for your first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount.
• 8mbet reserves the right to request supporting documents for any withdrawal deemed unusual.

The standard withdrawal processing time is 15–30 minutes for eWallet and 30–60 minutes for bank transfers, depending on the selected method and operating hours. VIP members enjoy faster processing priority.

6Bonus & Promotions

8mbet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, which should be read alongside this document.

General Bonus Principles:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are only eligible for members who hold a single active account.
• Rollover (turnover) requirements must be met within the specified period before any withdrawal of bonus balance is permitted.

7Sports Betting Rules

8mbet's Sports Betting section covers matches from a wide range of global and local leagues and tournaments, including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, IPL cricket, international badminton, and more. The following general rules apply to all types of sports bets:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled.
• The minimum bet per match is RM5.
• Maximum bet limits vary by match type and market – limits will be displayed within the platform when placing a bet.
• If a match is postponed and not resumed within 48 hours, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• For half-time (HT) bets, wagers are only valid if the match reaches full half-time.
• The odds displayed are those applicable at the time the bet is confirmed – not the odds shown at the time the bet slip is verified.

In the event of a dispute regarding a match result, the ruling from the relevant governing sports body (such as FIFA, BWF, or ICC) will serve as the final reference for 8mbet.

8Casino & Game Rules

8mbet offers a wide range of casino games, including online slots, live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), table games, and virtual sports. The following rules apply to all casino games:

• Engaging in any action that could be deemed money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Systematically abusing promotions or bonuses (bonus abuse), including using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Posting content that is defamatory, racist, or contains offensive language in communications with the 8mbet team.

10Account Closure & Suspension

8mbet reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if:

• The member violates any rules set out in this document.
• Registration information provided has been found to be false or inaccurate.
• Accounts suspected of involvement in fraud or illegal activity.
• Member failed to complete the identity verification (KYC) requirement within the stipulated timeframe.
• A court or authority issues an order requiring the account to be frozen.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 8mbet customer support team via live chat. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once verification is complete.

11Responsible Gaming
